Très typique péruvien, avec mélange amérique...

Très typique péruvien, avec mélange amérique (boeuf, avocat) du sud et poisson (style japonais avec des ceviche). Sans oublier le Pisco à boire (alcool à base de raisin, mis dans les cockails). Avec en plus, des pommes de terres superbement faites, une vrais découverte.
