This was a shocking and embarrassing experience...

This was a shocking and embarrassing experience in front of U.K. friends visiting. And to date, no one from Le Pless has had the courtesy to respond to our emails. Food was stone cold and looked like it had been regurgitated by an animal (I have a photo) and the staff treated us (we are regulars) with disdain. None of the usual staff were present. I¿m sad because we loved Le Pless and have subsequently cancelled another booking.

Bonjour, Je ne suis pas satisfait car j'avais demandé lors de la réservation en commentaire de mettre une bougie au dessert car c'était l'anniversaire de mon épouse. C'est un manque d'attention qui fait la différence avec d'autres établissements de votre catégorie. Bien à vous Alexandre Hubscher
