I was very disappointed, as I heard some great reviews about the food. The service was what made us leave without eating. I fully understand when the menu does not offer a gluten free, vegetarian meal, but have no understanding for the way this handled by staff (could care less attitude) and that a restaurant of this caliber only suggestion was to ¿remove¿ chicken out of the risotto and leave me with just rice and som saffron. The complete indifference if we stayed or left was highly off putting.

Très mal accueilli. Nous informons que nous mangeons pas certain aliment indiqué qui est sur une pizza mais nous apporte quand même la pizza avec l¿aliment. Suite à ça il a voulu nous faire payer la première pizza sachant qu¿il nous la changer. Il n¿a pas été serviable accueillant et n¿a pas été professionnel

J'ai malheureusement été déçu par ma visite...

J'ai malheureusement été déçu par ma visite chez Oggi & Domani. Malgré une réservation pour 19h00, ns avons dû attendre dans une fille. Nous avions réservé pour trois personnes, mais ns avons été placés à une table pour deux, ce qui était assez inconfortable même si on a été replacées vers une autre table ronde. L'atmosphère n'était pas optimal non plus, car il faisait sombre à l'intérieur. De plus, il n'y avait pas de carte traditionnelle en papier, mais seulement un QR code pourvoir le menu en ligne. Mon apéritif, un Aperol Spritz, n'était pas vraiment pétillant. Les serveurs ont frottés leurs wagons avec le grand fromage contre les manteaux et vestes des clients, ce qui a probablement causé des tâches. Le Tiramisu servi à mes amies n'étaient pas vraiment appétissant dans ces petits pots en laiton. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience chez Oggi&Domani à été décevante et j'espère que ces problèmes seront résolus à l'avenir.

We were very disappointed by the inattentive, slow and unprofessional service - a group of 10 persons needed an eternity to order food and drinks (and food was ordered in two stages, in the middle of the first order the waitress disappeared and we waited another 15 min for the second one to come back...by the time we ordered the first two ordered dishes were on the table); there were menus on the table that didn't exist anymore (old ones) and in general, the services was simply ridiculous. I am very sorry about this as the food was expensive but ok.
