We had a bad experience to say the least. A...

We had a bad experience to say the least. A waiter came to us after at least half an hour of waiting. We asked if we could move to a table inside. They said yes but no one guided us there and we had to carry everything there ourselves. They brought us an entree that was incomplete, only correct it when we asked them why the ingredients didn't match. After 2.5 hours of a very slow service and average food we reached the dessert but they told us that they no longer had the option we wanted. This despite us trying to order when we first arrived but they told us we should order the dessert later. All of this to finish with a staff member trying to justify the flaws of the service with "for the price you pay".

The staff was very arrogant , impolite and not aware what was going around. Almost no one knew the menu and how it was to be served. The staff was very rude and grumpy. The worst service I have ever seen! Food was really bad! Quality was cheap, all fried and tasteless! Very disappointing experience - we booked the place to celebrate family event and we were left with very bad feelings that eve. The place is super overpriced and overrated, not worth at all!

I ordered wine, it came 15 mins later than...

I ordered wine, it came 15 mins later than my friend's aperol. Tajine d'agneau came without couscous, we had to remind them and it arrived 15 mins later. Service was very bad in general.
