Personnel pas sympa, de mauvaise humeur, repas en-dessous de la moyenne, mauvaise aération dans le restaurant.
reservation n'a pas été traitée, plus de place disponible au BBQ

J¿avais réservé pour 10 personnes il y a environ 2 semaines.On m¿a répondu que la réservation était faite. Je téléphone jeudi ( et heureusement) , pour dire que nous serions 12 et on me répond qu¿au-delà de 8 personnes ce n¿est pas possible. Je n¿ai même pas été prévenue et SI JE N¿AVAIS PAS TÉLÉPHONÉ, je me serais retrouvée avec mes 12 personnes devant la porte un samedi soir à 19.00. C¿est un MANQUE DE RESPECT TOTAL. Vous pouvez être sûrs qu¿aucun de nous ne remettra les pieds chez vous

Malgré la réservation effectuée en fin d¿après-midi, nous n¿avons pas eu de table et avons dû aller dans un autre restaurant.
Ma reservation en ligne a été prise et confirmée. Puis, le restaurant m'a écrit pour me dire qu'ils étaient fermés le jour de la reservation (mardi). Le soft de reservation n'est donc pas correctement paramétré. Sinon, le restaurant est très bien.
Ils etaient fermes pour 10 jours
Trop cher pour ce qui est proposé et le service laisse à désirer.
I booked a table for 7 people in the BBQ table because some people wanted yo eat BBQ and other to eat sushi, at the restaurant one person of the staff can three times to tell us in a very unpolite way that we cannot order something different from BBQ in that table, the last time she was very unpolite, very bad manners, she changed de position of my beef plate and my other dishes just because it had to be as she wanted, she put all my vegetables to cooke just to take out the plate and have more space over the table whitout asking me anything, It was a very dissaponted behavior and situation, It has been the worst service restaurant that I have had in Luxembourg. I was two times more in the past in the restaurant and everything was perfect, for this reson I decided to celebrate my birthday yesterday in the restaurant but the surprisse was not good, I think that as a client I have the right to decide what I want to eat from the menu, and you should be more careful with your staff, you can also inform the clients the conditions of the BBQ table when we make the reservation.
