Tout a été exceptionnel: service, plats, vin et cadre. Petit bémol la viande. Excellent la texture, tendre se coupait comme un beurre mais j¿ai trouvé un peu de sang, une viande bien mûri ne devrait pas en faire, et sans goût. J¿y retournerai sans doute.
