Marc Bernardi was born in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, 30 years ago, where he discovered the restaurant business in his grandmother Elsa's hotel. His various experiences in Italy, including working for Claudio Melis at the Michelin-starred restaurant "In Viaggio", have enabled him to grow professionally and develop his own style. He concocts menus that follow the rhythm of the seasons, using carefully selected Luxembourg produce. Marc's watchwords: quality and refinement to tantalise your taste buds.
