Die Kellnerin hatte das Konzept von Restodays...

Die Kellnerin hatte das Konzept von Restodays falsch erklärt. Der Kellner hat die Teller so dahingelegt, dass ein lautes Geräusch hörbar war. Er war offensichtlich verärgert und lässt seinen Ärger an den Kunden aus! Was für ein Benehmen! Ich hatte Geburstag. Der Kuchen kostete mich 78€!!!!!! Wollte meine Familie einladen und müsste dafür fast Tausend Euro ausgeben, weil wir angeblich nur das Gourmet-Menü bestellen durften. Obwohl andere Burgers und Nuggets bestellen durften! Unverschämt! Tolle Lage, jedoch ist der Service unflexibel, unfreundlich und ohne Verständnis; kann auch nicht auf besondere Wünsche eingehen! Trotz des Versprechens wurde beim Kuchen kein B-Day Lied abgespielt und der Kuchen wurde nicht auf Teller verteilt. Der stand einfach nur auf dem Tisch, ohne dass man sich darum kümmert. Ganz schlimm, bin sehr enttäuscht.
