The staff are exceptional nothing is too much trouble. They are very attentive. There is a good range of food on offer however they do need to up their game for catering to Vegans. The past alternative as a main was delucious but very small only 3 spoonfuls.

Je n¿ai pas eu la table demandée. Tous les vins qu`on voulait commander, n`étaient pas disponibles. Le plat principal n`était pas chaud. Il faisait froid dans le restaurant.
This was a shocking and embarrassing experience in front of U.K. friends visiting. And to date, no one from Le Pless has had the courtesy to respond to our emails. Food was stone cold and looked like it had been regurgitated by an animal (I have a photo) and the staff treated us (we are regulars) with disdain. None of the usual staff were present. I¿m sad because we loved Le Pless and have subsequently cancelled another booking.
