The booking for 14 people and successive changes were helpfully dealt with. Staff was friendly, competent and efficient. Unfortunately one of the guests had suddenly medical problems. Staff was very kind and helpful and supporting to deal with this. Apart from this incident the atmosphere was nice and relaxed and after a break we could pleasantly continue our dinner. Not to forget to say that the meal was of excellent quality!

Nous avions pris le menu de dégustation. Tout était parfait jusqu¿au dessert. En fait la crème de mon tiramisu avait tourné . Le goût du produit laitier était aigre et écoeurant. J¿en ai juste goûté une cuiller et je l¿ai signalé au serveur qui a repris le dessert disant qu¿il allait passer le message. Sans aucun retour de sa part. Personne ne s¿est présenté à notre table ni même ne s¿est intéressé à ma réclamation. Un malheur peut arriver, un produit laitier peut tourner, mais le fait de ne pas avoir réagi à ma réclamation est une faute professionnelle impardonnable.

Food was good as usual but our table was in a passage next to the door of the place where people were eating cheese fondue! It smelled terribly cheesy! It was actually my worst visit till now!
