The food was excellent as the ambiance at the restaurant. However the it took to get our food was far too long.
Perché il cliente lo ¿freghi¿ una volta ma non due. Non servi due mezze porzioni di un piatto facendole pagare 37€ circa mentre il piatto stesso costa 23/24 (?). Informi il cliente che deve prendere un piatto da dividere per non scialacquare soldi. È correttezza. E se il cliente stupito te lo fa notare quando paga fai il gesto giusto e aggiusti il conto anziché ammettere che è meglio prendere due mezze porzioni dello stesso piatto (la seconda mezza presa dichiaratamente per ¿agevolare¿ la cucina). 6 ravioli pagati 37 euro!!!!!¿avete forse guadagnato 15/18 euro rispetto ad una portata semplice, una porzione intera¿ Ne avete perse centinaia tra le future cene che io e le mie conoscenze non faranno presso il vs ristorante. Non è un tema di soldi. È un tema di correttezza, rispetto e comunicazione con il cliente
