Obwohl ich online reserviert hatte und auch...

Obwohl ich online reserviert hatte und auch die Bestätigung per mail erhielt war es nur mit vielen Worten möglich einen Tisch zu erhalten. Angeblich hatte ich NICHT reserviert!! Am Essen war nichts zu beanstanden.
