This was a return visit to Hostellerie Stafelter as it is well placed for our return home from the Alps to Scotland via the Amsterdam ferry. The food and service are so good we now plan our journey around a visit. The food is contemporary and beautifully presented. The menu is very well balanced with a wonderful fusion of flavours. The wine list is also very extensive with excellent examples of local Luxembourg wines. Above all the service is very warm and friendly. A memorable last evening of our holiday.
